IoT Solutions | In many industries, small and midsize companies are coming under enormous competitive pressures, that were almost impossible to see a few years ago. If they do not respond with innovation, they risk being disrupted and made obsolete. Many of these companies are stuck with legacy systems and replacing them is too expensive.
relayr Middleware
relayr’s middleware platform is Any-to-Any. It enables device data to be collated and communicated between any service, any sensor, any software, or any hardware.
By operating either on-prem, cloud or hybrid, the relayr platform gives you the flexibility to integrate new- and old- Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) features and business models, within the current IT ecosystem.
relayr Edge Device Management
relayr Device Management Software provides all the tools necessary to maintain your IIoT deployment and keep it running for many years with minimum downtime.
Originally designed to manage millions of resource-constrained devices in the smart grid, relayr Device Management Software is architected for millions of devices and extendable to support management and data gathering features to practically any type of edge device and business environment.
IoT Analytics & Insights
relayr Analytics is tailored for industrial use cases. It uses AI to deliver actionable insights where traditional Anomaly Detection software falls short. It also enables Predictive Maintenance.
IoT Starter Kits
relayr's packaged IoT starter kits will help you quickly prototype an IoT solution using enterprise-grade hardware and sensors. Our technical documentation explains how to set up and use each component in the kit so that you can get up and running with your projects.
| CONSULTING Product Engineering Industrial Design Tailored Solutions DISCIPLINES Cloud Computing e-Mobility Internet of Things Lightweighting Model-Based Development | We provide hardware & software solutions for factories to monitor their day-to-day operations in real-time remotely, get insights on production trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Our solution generates visibility and actionable insights within hours, using a range of highly accurate, non-invasive sensors and a cloud-based Asset Performance Monitoring platform. | Overview & Value Proposition:
L&T Technology Services delivers IoT applications across the lifecycle using home grown and third party frameworks, platforms and accelerators. We engage with our customers to contribute in their IoT and M2M strategies and roadmap; develop, deploy and commission business ready M2M applications; integrate these applications to enterprise or cloud; implement custom or commercially available IoT/M2M platforms; and enable sensing capabilities on their custom or off the shelf hardware.
We aim to strengthen our position in digital engineering through investments in IoT, M2M and Smart Manufacturing technologies or through acquisitions in product software, Embedded Software and computing.
We focus on building a portfolio of solutions-oriented engineering services that can be applied across verticals. As part of this strategy, we closely follow the technology trends in the ER&D industry and have focused on key technology areas that we believe will impact the various verticals in which we operate. These key technology areas include digital engineering, mobile internet, IoT (IIoT, mBIoT), automation of knowledge, advanced robotics, autonomous and near-autonomous vehicles, energy efficiency and imaging and video. We intend to focus on solutions in these areas and build cross-domain solutions that can be applied to the businesses of our existing and prospective customers across verticals that could help drive non-linear revenue growth for the company. In order to execute this strategy, we are also building and strengthening our alliances with technology companies. We aim to develop industry-specific use cases for such solutions and then customise these solutions as per the specific requirements of our customers.
We have developed mature IoT solutions such as UbiqWeise™ and iBEMS™ in emerging technology areas to support our customers. For example, one of our construction industry customers, who has various types of construction equipment and machinery spread across global project sites, collects operational data on a near real-time basis, which is then sent to a cloud platform. The data is then processed using applied analytics on our UbiqWeise™ platform to provide insights on information such as operational efficiency and Preventive Maintenance schedules. For another customer, we provide smart services solutions in process improvement, waste reduction and improvement in yields. Our solutions are aimed at addressing specific problems by introducing advanced sensors and analytics technologies to detect anomalies at an early stage of production. As a result, our solutions enable reduction of the rejection rates of the products.
IoT Labs
We have entered into alliances with several IoT players. For example, we established a joint IoT lab with a global network solutions provider to explore opportunities in transportation, manufacturing and smart cities. We have set up a Smart Manufacturing lab has been set up to address difficulties faced by process and discrete manufacturing plants, as well as to develop and integrate intelligent automation solutions for Smart Manufacturing. These manufacturing areas include process optimization, smart utilities, connectivity and mobility, Tracking quality checks, touchless operations, OEM integration, and smart machine controls. | |
