(Hereinafter referred to as "Baosight ") is the IT software business unit of Baosteel. In 2010, Baosight realized RMB 2.581 billion (US$383.83 million) in operating revenue, accounting for 36.85% of China's iron and steel information business market. Baosight's MES solutions also take up over 50% of China's iron and steel MES market. Additionally, Baosight has been recognized as a State Level R&D center. In 2009, the company ran in fourth place in terms of business revenue among China's homegrown software enterprises.
