They chose to roll out Nintex Promapp, an intuitive tool that could be customized to suit their needs. Nintex Promapp played a key role in streamlining processes, including teams across the business, and ensuring everyone was on the same page. The software allowed them to restrict who views various documents and details, set editing access, assign and notify people about tasks, attach evidence and images, and customize forms to suit their needs. The Transdev communications team also contributed to staff engagement with user-friendly Nintex Promapp guides and marketing collateral. These guides aided staff buy-in and helped teams to understand the value of the tool. The new software encouraged people to map more processes, simplifying a number of procedures.
