ProActive reviewed the Ministry's processes and implemented the migration with Nintex for Office 365. The project began with a thorough review of the agency’s legacy Lotus Notes workflows and SharePoint 2003 architecture. The aim was to translate the business demands into effective and efficient workflows. ProActive designed 33 new workflows, some of which were combined into larger, more flexible workflow solutions. One of the processes updated included the agency’s job requisition and onboarding processes.
