Solution	IMSERSO used Information Builders’ business intelligence (BI), analytics, and integration technology to create the new system. The first phase of implementation focused on the extraction of internal information to develop key performance indicators (KPIs), with a view to their management and use in mobile environments. In the second stage, they focused on opening external access to certain parts of the system via the Internet so that citizens could gather information and be apprised of important updates to social programs. The SEISS platform, which was developed by IMSERSO, in collaboration with the General Directorate of Policy and Disability Support Services, has the following objectives: integrate disparate indicators; promote transparency of information; and share data with citizens as part of the government’s open data policy.
