Solution	ICA Fluor decided to implement the WebFOCUS BI and Analytics Platform, Flex Enable, Active Technology, OLAP Services, and iWay adapters. The company established a strategic roadmap with several important milestones. It aimed to homogenize information so all users would adhere to the same data quality standards and obtain information from the same source. The company sought to develop a data model for combining this information in a cohesive fashion and managing it properly, with robust data governance procedures. WebFOCUS Active Technology Dashboards were used to create interactive PDF files that are continually refreshed with current data displayed through colorful charts and graphs.
