Information Builders Professional Services helped the IBI Group team gather data from on-premises and Software-as-a-System applications, cleanse the data, and make it available to users via dashboards and reports. Executives, regional managers, financial professionals, office leaders, and services reps have consolidated reports that let them monitor company-wide performance. The team worked with Information Builders to consolidate information into a Microsoft SQL Server data warehouse and create the initial dashboards and reports. Source systems include a Deltek enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, a MarketPlan forecasting tool, a cloud-based HR system called BambooHR, and various homegrown information systems.
