Known as the Safety & Infrastructure Business Intelligence (SIBI) application, the solution includes four intuitive, interactive portals for customer, financial, and pipeline management, as well as maintenance and support. The WebFOCUS portals are empowering Hexagon’s senior management to make smarter, more informed decisions that benefit the enterprise. Hexagon built and launched its first two analytic portals – Customer 360 and Finance – within a 10-week period. An Information Builders team provided guidance and training, created custom features, and oversaw the external consultant who helped develop the Customer 360 application.
