This allowed the company to standardize and automate processes, enabling its workforce to easily and effectively track the progress of work items. The company partnered with Fritz & Macziol, an international technology services firm, to build a system to create and update the company’s SOPs with enforced reviews and approvals. The solution also automated the procedures to provide greater transparency and improve efficiency. The SharePoint deployment began in November 2011 and by March 2012, Fritz & Macziol developed a Nintex Forms solution to manage how procedures are created and updated.
