Janome America first deployed the Aptean Apprise ERP solution back in 1995. The solution provided the enterprise-wide tools and technology the company needed to conduct business efficiently and cost-effectively. The success of the implementation led to the adoption of the solution by Janome Canada and Janome Australia. The company now runs its three US subsidiaries on a single database, creating efficiencies and streamlining processes. The Aptean Apprise ERP solution also includes an integrated EDI component, which allowed Janome America to meet the EDI compliance requirements of its trading partners. The company outsourced their EDI support and services to Apprise, eliminating the need for in-house EDI resources and saving the company money.
