The addition of the process approval workflow add-on helped to increase engagement from third-tier management by putting responsibility back into the managers' hands. A governance group was formed to champion Nintex Promapp and report on its progress. The council began mapping even small processes, such as setting up appointments or organizing travel, which were considered quick wins. They also mapped key processes around legislative requirements. Nintex Promapp also simplified the onboarding process for new staff, who could easily see the processes related to their role and the overarching organizational ones. The council also trialed Nintex Promapp’s risk add-on in the health and safety area, which worked so well that they are now poised to roll it out as a risk management solution for the wider organization.
