Chick-fil-A turned to Trumpia's bulk texting technology to drive their interactive text marketing campaigns. They used mobile keyword technology to expand their customer reach and easily collect their customers' contact information. A Mobile Keyword is a one-word phrase that identifies a product, service, action, or business. Customers could text a mobile keyword to Trumpia's short code numbers to receive additional information and join Chick-fil-A's mobile contact lists. The restaurant advertised their keywords on multiple channels such as the restaurant's online blog, social media, online networks, and various restaurant signage. They also leveraged Trumpia's MMS picture messaging system to send picture text coupons and promotions to their customers.

Chick-fil-A was able to collect nearly 2,000 mobile phone numbers from their customers.
The restaurant is now sending three to four picture text coupons and promotions to their customers per week.
The use of mobile keyword technology has expanded Chick-fil-A's customer reach and made it easier for them to collect their customers' contact information.
Approximately 400 people came in to the restaurant to redeem their mobile coupon promotions during just one of Chick-fil-A's summer 2011 campaigns.
This resulted in nearly a 20% redemption rate.
