Founded in 1992 with the goal of providing cashless acceptance to the traditionally cash-driven vending market, USA Technologies forged what has become today’s unattended retail movement. What began as a solution focused on unlocking the potential of cashless payments in vending, has evolved into the first, all-in-one platform to power unattended retail operations, from hardware to software for all kinds of brands.

Today, the autonomous retail experience is constantly expanding to new verticals and enables brands and merchants to work in new ways. We are keeping our customers ahead of the adoption curve – meeting them on location, partnering with them to grow in new markets, and helping them reach new customers.

Imperial Vending IoT Solution
Imperial Vending IoT Solution
Imperial Vending has earned a reputation for outstanding service and quality and is always on the lookout for new ways to enhance this brand image. The company has used technology to improve service excellence since entering the vending business in the early 90’s. Handheld route systems, for instance, have helped Imperial Vending closely monitor customer consumption profiles and maintain transparent and accurate reporting for customer commissions. Another key reason to move to wireless technology was to improve operational efficiency. Imperial Vending had already attempted another solution for advance assembly of delivery orders, a technique known in the industry as pre-kitting. However, Imperial Vending found that their pre-kits were often significantly inaccurate because of unpredictable variations in account sales. While this early test of pre-kitting helped get drivers on their way from the warehouse more quickly, it did little to help with route efficiency and keeping fresh products in customer vending machines.

Our mission is to help manufacturing industry front offices catch up with technological advancements seen on factory floors.Factory Bucket started out helping a handful of discrete small-medium size manufacturers upgrade their websites, advertise online and most importantly adopt the latest technology/software to run their operations. Over several years helping dozens of manufacturers it was clear the software in manufacturing plants today is not sufficient. Manufacturers just get by on clunky, expensive and awful software which is not user-friendly and intuitive like modern-day software. Why is this? Factory Bucket was born out of a need to serve manufacturers and provide them with software tools that were configurable to their operation, low cost and super user-friendly.
