Iron Mountain Sees Fleet Wide Improvement
At the end of 2008 the company set out to significantly improve their driving culture by focusing on four main goals: • Reduce overall risk • Reduce the number of safety incidents • Reduce costs • Fulfill their legal duty under Health & Safety legislation Iron Mountain embarked on a comprehensive risk assessment program for all commercial vehicle drivers, which reduced reported incidents by 71% and cut the cost of claims by 43% in just two years. To further this effort Iron Mountain partnered with its insurance provider, Zurich, to acquire and deploy GreenRoad across its entire fleet to help reduce insurance premiums by improving driver behavior and reducing overall risk exposure.

Stagecoach Achieves Sustainability Goals with GreenRoad's IoT Solution
Stagecoach Group, one of the world's largest public transport groups, was facing a significant challenge in improving the sustainability of its operations. The company, which operates approximately 8,400 buses across the UK and carries around 2.5 million passengers daily, had set a goal to significantly reduce its fleet transport CO2 emissions by 3%. However, achieving this ambitious aim was proving to be difficult. Empowering Driver Safety: Metroline's Adoption of GreenRoad and Blink
In 2015, Metroline, one of London’s largest bus companies, began using GreenRoad in four depots to supplement another telematics system used elsewhere in the business. By 2020, Metroline selected GreenRoad for its entire fleet of buses in London. The challenge was to ensure that the drivers could easily understand their safe driving scores, fostering a sense of fairness and encouraging a 'friendly competition' around safety. The trade unions needed to understand that the system actually empowered their drivers. The challenge also involved getting extensive buy-in, not only from the drivers and operational managers, but importantly also from the unions and all other departments within the company.
