Some of Yespo’s clients noted that Viber became their number one channel for repeat purchases. For instance, Brazil and Ukraine based eCommerce marketplace Shafa used Viber via Yespo for omnichannel cascade campaigns, resulting in 2.5x more orders at half the operational cost. Superstore Auchan Ukraine used Yespo to engage with customers via Viber, resulting in 20% of total revenue coming from Viber users and of that, 70% was due to the cart abandonment trigger.
