To meet the ISO certification requirements, Roberts Precision Machine decided to implement the Rapid Documentation System, an E2 module that helps create quality documentation. The Rapid Documentation System uses the data that already exists in the E2 manufacturing software to generate the documentation, which is one of the biggest obstacles to getting certified. Glenn visited the machine shop twice, first for a consultation and analysis of their current situation, and second to conduct a practice audit. This helped the business anticipate potential issues that could arise during the official ISO audit.
