This was a significant challenge as it required a platform that was not only powerful but also user-friendly and cost-effective. Additionally, the platform needed to be able to handle the technical infrastructure, allowing James to focus on iterating features based on customer feedback.

James chose Bubble, a no-code platform, to build UserLoop. Bubble gave him the power to build a powerful SaaS app quickly and without the need for a development team. It also took care of the technical infrastructure, allowing James to focus on iterating features based on customer feedback. UserLoop offers one-click customer satisfaction surveys, with easy to understand CSAT dashboards and analytics. The surveys are fully customizable, allowing users to add their own questions, logos, and even reaction emojis. UserLoop then sends the survey to customers and collects responses, delivering them in real time to Slack and analytics dashboards. James is currently working on native Zapier and Shopify integrations to allow customers to automatically send surveys from those platforms.
