With the solution, UAM was able to automate the flow of a variety of processes, including: Ombudsman, Class Discipline Transfer, Discipline Waiver, Course transfer and Financial request analyses. The solution allowed for automatic verification of information needed to carry out processes through activities specified in the flow, such as approval/denial of the student's request.
