PolicyTech is also useful to share news flashes with important information for the staff to alert them to changes in procedures or processes. The software houses laboratory-related policies and procedures, and also some general quality-related documentation that is stored within PolicyTech, to make sure the team can go to one central location and find what they need for guidance and for instruction.
