The platform operates as a double-sided marketplace where students can sign up, browse through tutors' profiles, see their availability and pricing, and book once they have added a payment method. Tutors can sign up for free, fill out their profile, set their availabilities, and set up their Stripe account before they can take bookings. Once they have completed their profile and signed up for Stripe, they are then visible to students and are ready to be booked.
