Solution	The solution involved a total overhaul of the building, starting with creating a high-performance building envelope to ensure energy efficiency and sustainability. This included installing full height triple-pane insulated glass window units in the tower. The building was also equipped with state-of-the-art automation systems for the mechanical and electrical operations, including HVAC systems, meters, water, lighting, security, door access, and fire alarms. To integrate these systems, the team used Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure Building Operation, an open and secure building management platform. This platform allowed all the systems to be fully integrated and viewed in one central place, providing a best-in-class tenant experience.
