Auren performed an analysis of their business processes and proposed two possible architectures to improve their information system. TRAC chose the second option, which was a simple ERP for general accounting and financial tasks combined with a BPMS to manage work tasks integrated with existing software and Business Intelligence (BI). They selected AuraQuantic iBPMS for this purpose.
