Challenge	Tommy Hilfiger's head office databases are periodically updated with data that’s necessary for the work of all group companies and partners. The Russian representative office receives these updates in the form of Excel files from the head office. Head office uses the Oracle and SAP software, and the Russian partners use several different configurations of 1С:Enteprise business management software and other vendor systems. Another challenge was the timely receipt of sales reports from the Russian partners.
