Solution	To overcome these challenges, Schneider Electric delivered a comprehensive automation and digital solution based on EcoStruxure, an open, interoperable, IoT-enabled system architecture and platform. The solution included AVEVA’s MES, customized for the Food and Beverage industry, and Modicon M580 and M340 PACs for efficient and automated production. The MES system can receive production orders from the ERP system and allocate them to each production line, forming a batch plan. This is then broken down into work orders which are connected to production standards and formulas sent to the control system to standardize control and prevent errors.
