The iPECS system allowed the Royal Victoria to retain their existing legacy infrastructure, blending their current analogue technology with IP and SIP. The iPECS system also ofers reliability and resilience, combined with remote and on-site engineering support, ensuring the hotel had complete peace of mind about their ability to make and receive calls 24/7/365. iPECS utilises SIP connectivity that provided the hotel with significant savings on line rental and call charges, as well as ofering greater flexibility and business continuity. These savings also offset the cost of a dedicated fibre lease line which we set up to allow high speed internet WiFi access to guests and staff within the hotel premises.
