The implementation of Integrify OnDemand brought significant operational benefits to the Sponsor Promotions team. Prior to its implementation, the team would physically hunt down those who had to approve sales sheets, a process that would be held up if someone was out of the office. With Integrify, the team could send timed emails to all approvers who had not yet signed off on the sales sheet. The software also provided a record of everyone’s comments and approvals, creating a single, easily accessible record for each sponsorship package. This eliminated the previous issues of lost or unrecorded feedback and approvals. The Sponsor Promotions team plans to continue using Integrify OnDemand to facilitate approval and dissemination of sponsorship programs, aiming to increase the number of sponsorships secured each year. | |
