RetailNext established baseline metrics through the deployment of its in-store analytics solution in ten areas of the company’s flagship store to measure average dwell time, dwell rate, and exposure. After two weeks of baseline measurement, the store implemented its lighting changes. With those changes made, the retailer measured the same metrics over the equivalent time period.
