This solution extended the value of the VMware View implementation and improved user experience by reducing logon times and help desk tickets related to offline file synchronization. Additionally, the city deployed AppSense DataNow to provide employees with greater access to data from any location, enabling simple, secure access, sync, and sharing of files without data migration or new storage.
