The eBusiness Manager allows QIP's customers to access the system 24/7 to place orders, view photos of cartridges, review product descriptions, and check open invoices and ordering history. The StarShip Link module automates shipping, maintains tracking information, and integrates tightly with both manufacturing and customer service. The Return Merchandise Authorization module automates the process of handling returned merchandise.
