Solution	Deloitte's Finance & Control department decided to implement QlikView, a business intelligence tool, to provide data insight. They chose Productivity Management Reporting as the starting point for this project. The QlikView application was developed to provide insight into headcount utilization, by practice/team and by level against target, training, absence/leave and more. The data from SAP, the SAP data warehouse and multiple Excel files were combined in one QlikView application. The actual development was completed within one month. The application was then tested by a group of 45 users before being rolled out to the rest of the organization.
