They built a proof of concept demonstrating exactly how to unify the data for analysis. Pleased with the results, Advantage Pharmacy gave the project the go ahead. QlikView was initially made available to a limited number of managers. This gave the organization time to test the new system and review the reports to ensure relevant, useful content. After three months, Advantage Pharmacy Group rolled out the system to a wider audience. In mid-2012, the group purchased a further set of licenses ensuring that QlikView was in all its stores.
