The B2C division created 24 applications for operations, generating insight into meter measurements, moving, customer calls, and many more. At local Energy services, QlikView aligned 3 applications, enabling optimization of invoicing. The use of QlikView applications within Essent is still growing. Among the first to adopt were departments such as HR, Finance, Procurement, Facilities, and Shared Services.
