QlikView was used for Sales Analysis, tracking sales and service, and drilling down to customer, brand, branch, and branch member levels. It was also used for Service & Support Analysis, based on data generated by the call tracking system for the service department. Additionally, QlikView was used for Supply Chain Analysis, HR Analysis, and Financial Analysis.
