Solution	The NAVEX Engage Ethics and Code of Conduct online training, provided all employees with an easy to access solution they could choose to complete using video, voice, or text only content to meet their individual needs and learning styles. The solution is available to Qiddiya employees in both Arabic and English. Qiddiya employees said they were impressed with the quality of the modules and the variety of topics covered. They felt that during the Covid 19 pandemic, it was a great alternative to face-to-face learning as it could be tailored to individual employee job requirements and used online, anytime, anywhere.
