Solution	ProServeIT understood that, because of this lack of administrator control, they would need to develop an intelligent workaround for the migration to be a success. ProServeIT researched the options and decided to automate the migration using BitTitan MigrationWiz, as it offered the largest global migration infrastructure in the world and, more important, did not require full control of source environment. Following an assessment and planning phase for CSA, ProServeIT used MigrationWiz to undertake the 2,000-user migration. Using the web-based interface of MigrationWiz, ProServeIT was able to easily complete all the steps of the migration. The team configured the migration project in MigrationWiz, complete with what, specifically, needed to be migrated, as well as the source and destination access.
