The integration of Twilio Flex and Programmable Video into the ProProctor platform has significantly improved the remote exam experience for both candidates and proctors. Candidates now enter a video-enabled self check-in process where they are guided through a series of steps to prepare for the exam. They then video chat with a live agent who assists them through the remainder of the check-in process and monitors their progress throughout the exam. This has not only reduced the technical and impersonal nature of completing assessments through an online portal, but also increased the confidence of test takers in the platform. Furthermore, with the rich set of analytics provided by Flex insights, Prometric can support large volumes of candidates testing concurrently and measure the user experience. Looking forward, Prometric plans to explore additional use cases to continue enhancing the remote assessment experience. | |
