The implementation of Pipefy has resulted in significant operational improvements for HPP. The New Projects department achieved 100% adoption of automated process orchestration, with all processes managed inside Pipefy. This has led to standardized, centralized, and automated flows, enabling the team to work with efficiency and agility. Pipefy has also helped the HPP team overcome the challenges of remote work imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic. For instance, the process of managing new employee arrival, which was previously handled with printed documents, is now managed end to end with Pipefy. The process of attracting investors also experienced positive results. The hospital's biggest challenge now is to expand the use of Pipefy to other departments, spreading the agile culture throughout the Pequeno Príncipe Complex. | |
