They found B2W Estimate to be more user-friendly as it was Windows-based and easy to navigate. Custom reports, which were a crucial need for Pace, were included in the B2W Estimate package. The software also had the ability to communicate with EBS in one simple, time-saving process, and users could easily download to Viewpoint. Another feature that Pace found useful was the ability to add conditions to a job. The B2W Software team was also very receptive to ideas from its users, implementing changes based on user suggestions.
