They embedded ProcessMaker into their previous solution suite to create P2 Workflow. They custom built notifications to ensure necessary data is updated and developed an effective IT risk management solution for customer system upgrades. They also made prepackaged workflows available for more than 20 common oil and gas processes and connected workflows across applications to solve customer requirements. P2 staff were trained in one week to quickly design and deploy their own workflows. All processes were unified in a central location to execute from one comprehensive platform.
