Solution	UPM introduced the SpheraCloud Health and Safety Management solution to harmonize their global safety and environmental processes and to provide with 'OneSafety', a common tool for all UPM employees, business units, and countries. The initial implementation included risk assessment, data collection, and incident management, as well as compliance-related software modules. The seamless integration of the various software modules available on a single platform is key to ensuring a consistent process across UPM’s organization. UPM has been adding new functionalities to OneSafety, such as Management of Change and Audit modules as well as an Analytics platform, which visualizes and monitors the company’s safety KPIs.
