Among the service providers was iland, now 11:11 Systems, Veeam’s Cloud Service Provider of the Year. After considering several factors, including cost-effectiveness, clear pricing, and ease of onboarding and ongoing management, Convergence chose 11:11 Systems as their cloud partner. The implementation of the 11:11 Cloud Backup for Veeam Cloud Connect was straightforward, although they did encounter a challenge due to their backup solution being configured with a prior version of Veeam software.
