National Express Group partnered with Ecometrica, a provider of sustainability software, to improve its CDP score. The two companies had been working together since 2001, but 2014 marked the first time they collaborated on a CDP submission. Ecometrica worked closely with National Express Group in the preparation and auditing of the disclosure, using a combination of sustainability software reporting and consulting efforts. The aim was to improve the score towards the top end of the scale.
