The project began with collecting, verifying, and consolidating all space and map data, which was then linked to campus PeopleSoft and Infinium information. An online space inventory survey was developed to replace the manual paper-based survey, significantly reducing data collection time. The central ARCHIBUS data repository now integrates space data, floor plans, and other related information with PeopleSoft personnel and financial data.
