After a pilot phase with four users, the entire workforce started using DocuWare, and the solution was quickly adopted. The solution enabled the scanning of paper documents, digital processing, import into Sage X3, validation as part of digital workflows, and signing delivery notes on tablets. The intelligent indexing feature, the lists that replaced the old paper filing systems, and the smooth synchronization with the Sage X3 ERP system were particularly well received.
