Operational Impact
The implementation of the new architecture and the migration to Exstream 16.2 provided the client with a unified platform for both their solutions. This allowed them to preserve all the features of both HP Exstream and StreamServe, thereby ensuring a seamless transition and integration of the two systems. The client was also able to leverage the wide functionality of Version 16.2, including integrations with OpenText Enterprise Information Management (EIM). The new web applications, Workshop and Supervisor, allowed management to interactively control the process of document distribution. Thus, the solution developed by N-iX provided the client with the synergy effect by merging two businesses, streamlined their operations, and saved a lot of time and resources. | |
