This involved mapping out a structure that split the site into three primary divisions, then sectioned those into territories, and then divided each of those into individual site locations. This structure provided reporting flexibility and training automation opportunities to adhere to each unique requirement. Additionally, LEARN Behavioral instructors utilized CD2 Learning’s course authoring tools to create employee onboarding and course templates that aligned to each of their core functional roles. These templates were then leveraged to build each of the state-specific onboarding packages. Using this strategy, they found that often 80% of the training was consistent. They were able to align to individual state requirements largely by editing what was already there, rather than build from scratch each time.
