Additionally, LEARN Behavioral instructors utilized CD2 Learning’s course authoring tools to create employee onboarding and course templates that aligned to each of their core functional roles. These templates were then leveraged to build each of the state-specific onboarding packages. Using this strategy, they found that often 80% of the training was consistent.
