The company gained real-time activity- and data-level control and PHI detection in Box across any browser, native app, and mobile app. Based on this visibility, IT can now quarantine (for evaluation by admins) and/or encrypt files as files get uploaded into Box. And due to Netskope’s tight integration with Box, IT was able to identify pre-existing data in the corporate Box instance to retroactively apply data loss prevention (DLP) and quarantine rules to sensitive PHI data.
