After careful consideration, both the integrator and government agency selected NETSCOUT’s nGeniusONE Service Assurance solution leveraging smart data from strategically deployed 9800 series InfiniStreamNG software appliances. There were several reasons NETSCOUT was selected, including: Network scalability to meet the monitoring requirements of the ingress and egress traffic on physical network links ranging from 10GB to 100GB that the agency planned to deploy in their data center and first site of the project. System-wide analysis scalability for future growth projections in network, user, application, and traffic volumes for the agency, as well as ability to focus troubleshooting in the variety of different directions the issue could be coming from.
