Challenge	Tim Dixon, of Dixon Development LLC, had a vision to create an upscale hotel in downtown Milwaukee that would cater to both business professionals and bikers. He purchased a neglected 100-year old brick warehouse, located near the Harley Davidson Museum, and set out to transform it into the luxurious Iron Horse Hotel. The challenge was to convert the 90,000 sq ft warehouse into a hotel with 100 guest rooms, while preserving the building's original architecture and industrial era charm. The hotel needed to offer state-of-the-art business services in a luxury setting, while also accommodating bikers with amenities such as an onsite bike wash and hooks in every room for hanging up heavy leathers.
