The software allowed for the straightforward uploading and distribution of materials to directors, who could then access them via company iPads. Diligent Boards also provided the ability to set document access permissions, ensuring that sensitive documents could be securely accessed by only those authorized to see them. The software also included features such as Voting & Resolutions for interim Board evaluations, and a Resource Centre feature for storing regulatory news service announcements, high level press cuttings, and annual reports.
